This board has been created as a service for the readers of Stock Car History Online. Its purpose is to honor NASCAR's past, present and future. That said, there are a few ground rules which are NOT open for debate. If you don't like 'em, post somewhere else.
First and foremost, no flaming, cursing or otherwise derogatory behavior will be tolerated. We're looking forward to passionate debate, but if you can't make your point without treating one another -- or the subjects at hand -- with dignity and respect, again, post somewhere else.
Second, the purpose of Stock Car History Online from Day One has been for it to be a place where the sport's past can meet its present. How did the sport's pioneers impact the sport in ways that are still felt today? If you can't stand Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch, Jeff Gordon and Co., that's fine. Just keep the "things just aren't the way they used to be" comments to a minimum, unless they're absolutely pertinent to the discussion.
